This Policy explains how Rank Mint Tests processes information through RankMint Tests.
Information collected
- Account information such as name, email, phone and profile details.
- Institute information, staff membership, batches and student records.
- Test responses, marks, timing, accuracy, subject/chapter performance and improvement history.
- Purchase, order and access records. Payment card or UPI credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by RankMint Tests.
- Security and technical records such as login events, device/browser information, IP address and examination violations where enabled.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, deliver tests, calculate results, provide analytics, manage purchases, support users, prevent misuse, improve the service and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the platform, including hosting, database, authentication, email and payment providers. Institute-managed students may have results visible to authorised institute staff. We do not sell personal information.
Children and students
Institutes and guardians should ensure that any required permissions are obtained before a minor uses the service. Proctoring, camera, microphone or screen recording will require separate notice and consent when those features are introduced.
Retention and security
We retain information for the period reasonably needed to provide access, maintain academic/payment records, resolve disputes and meet legal duties. We use access controls and database policies, but no online service can promise absolute security.

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting hemasagar333@gmail.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, payment, legal or legitimate institutional purposes.
